Digital Thread Lead

Drive product lifecycle management transformation as a PLM Process and Digital Thread Lead in Montréal, Quebec. Analyze process gaps and champion digital initiatives across business units to enhance efficiency.

In this full-time contract role, you will focus on aligning PLM processes with the Digital Thread vision. Your expertise will be essential for assessing current operations, defining requirements for future PLM solutions, and supporting stakeholder engagement for effective change management. Collaborate with SMEs to contribute to tool development and maintain comprehensive Product Data Flow material throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate current PLM processes across business units

• Identify and analyze process gaps and inefficiencies

• Define process requirements for future PLM solutions

• Support change impact analysis and stakeholder alignment

• Maintain Product Data Flow material throughout the project

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of engineering lifecycle processes

• Experience with PLM systems, preferably Teamcenter

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

• Background in engineering or manufacturing processes
