69,200 - 84,600
Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Your responsibilities with us:
Workforce Planning and Performance
Collect, analyze, model, and interpret data from various sources to formulate strategic recommendations for workforce planningMaintain capacity plans and present them clearly and effectively to executives at external firms and agenciesProduce structured performance analyses and optimization recommendations tailored to different business sectors and their stakeholdersFormulate hiring recommendations aligned with budgets and organizational objectivesSupport business units throughout the budgeting processAdapt and use forecasting models and toolsCollaboration and Continuous Improvement
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with various partners both within and outside the workforce planning teamServe as the primary point of contact for the firms and agencies we serveBuild and maintain strong, lasting relationships with executives and external partnersProactively participate in initiatives to improve systems and processesFind ways to streamline work methods—you’re not one to settle for the status quoData Management and Business Intelligence
Maintain and optimize our data environments, primarily in SharePoint, Power BI, and ExcelDesign, develop, and update Power BI dashboards to enable real-time tracking of performance and capacity metricsEnsure the quality, integrity, and consistency of data across various platformsIdentify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement related to dataWhat You’ll Bring:
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, mathematics, statistics, business intelligence, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceTechnical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel (modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas)Proficiency with Power Query and Power BI data processing tools (reporting, dashboards, DAX—a significant asset)Good knowledge of Share Point Proficiency in Power Point Knowledge of SQL query languages—a plusProfessional Skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detailDiligence and ability to research, gather, and organize informationExcellent communication skills, particularly when presenting to executive-level audiencesStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritizeAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to quickly identify inconsistencies and anomalies in data and reportsKeen attention to detail, enabling the detection of errors before they reach stakeholdersNatural inclination to get to the bottom of issues and propose concrete, effective solutionsOther
