The Ministry is seeking a skilled Senior Database Administrator with over 10 years of hands-on experience.
Your role will encompass database design, performance tuning, and maintenance for multiple Oracle databases from 10g to 19c. You will also oversee migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions to the latest database versions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize database performance and manage capacity planning
• Install and migrate databases in cloud and on-premise settings
• Monitor and maintain Oracle databases in multi-tenant setups
• Conduct backup and recovery operations as necessary
• Ensure compliance with database design standards
Requirements:
• 10+ years of hands-on database administration experience
• Proficient in Oracle 10g, 11g, 12c, and 19c management
• Experience with database migration to latest versions
• Strong skills in performance tuning and capacity planning
• Familiarity with backup and recovery processes
