Location: Dorval
Transform user experiences at Bombardier by supporting VIP users as an IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will resolve tech issues and facilitate IT event setups from a hybrid workspace.
As a key member of the IT team, you will interact with VIP and Gold users, providing them with expert support for their technology needs. You will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with tools like Microsoft Suite and Adobe while ensuring seamless IT setups for corporate events. Timely resolution of requests will be critical in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide real-time support for VIP/Gold user IT issues
• Troubleshoot and diagnose end-user computing problems
• Configure and ensure optimal hardware/software performance
• Facilitate IT event setups effectively
• Meet service level agreements for incident resolution
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology
• 8-10 years VIP technical support experience
• Knowledge of ITIL and Service Now
• Proficient in English and French
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
