Lead the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) team at Kinaxis in a hybrid role based in Ottawa or Toronto. This position calls for advanced software management and team leadership across vital business processes.
As the Team Lead for ALM, you will manage functions such as Application Management, SaaS Management, and License Management.
Your role will involve advanced analysis to ensure compliance, rationalization of software investments, and stakeholder collaboration. Strong leadership skills and problem-solving capabilities are essential as you guide a team of IT Application Analysts to drive effective management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and coaching to IT Application Analysts
• Engage with stakeholders for robust software management
• Identify and mitigate software-related risks
• Establish processes for application and SaaS management
• Manage software contract renewals and compliance
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Computer Science or related field
• Over 5 years of ALM or business analysis experience
• Previous people leadership experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SaaS Management Platforms like Zylo
