Key Responsibilities:

• Offer on-site IT & OT support for critical production systems

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

• Resolve incidents effectively across various platforms

• Document and train users on relevant procedures

• Take part in system upgrades and deployment projects

Requirements:

• Strong French communication skills;
English is beneficial

• 10+ years of IT support in industrial environments

• Proven conflict-resolution capabilities

• Proficient in Windows;
Linux knowledge is a plus

• Must be eligible for CGP clearance as a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
