Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management of Systems Integration Laboratories
• Provide ongoing client support, both remote and onsite
• Evaluate and install software, hardware, and operating systems
• Lead desktop support efforts ensuring minimal disruptions
• Assist in technical documentation and process improvements
Requirements:
• Degree in information technology or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years in system administration with network management
• Expertise in Linux and monitoring/security tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bilingualism in French and English mandatory
