Become an Advanced Infrastructure Analyst at The Royal Ottawa and drive significant improvements in IT infrastructure. This role emphasizes hands-on technical skills in a hybrid work environment.
In this full-time position, you will be instrumental in implementing and maintaining complex IT infrastructure solutions at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre. Your expertise in virtualization, networking, and cloud migration will directly support mental health recovery. Collaborate with teams to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure design and implementation
• Act as a senior escalation point for incidents
• Provide technical mentorship and strategic guidance
• Collaborate on security and compliance initiatives
• Maintain technical documentation and support after-hours on-call
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of experience in enterprise IT
• Hands-on with Windows Server and VMware environments
• Strong network administration skills required
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services
• Relevant technical certifications highly valued
