Agile Transformation Coach

In this temporary, full-time contract role, you'll work as a hands-on Agile Coach, empowering Squads to embrace Agile principles. Collaborating with leadership, you will influence change and continuously improve workflows for greater value delivery. This position is vital for driving Agile transformations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor teams on Agile principles and practices
• Collaborate with Product Owners to enhance value delivery
• Establish key metrics to improve team performance
• Guide the implementation of Lean practices
• Advocate for a culture of agility across the organization
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant Agile experience, including coaching
• Certification as an Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) or similar
• Skilled in value stream mapping and process optimization
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira
• Versatile application of Agile across various industries
