The ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects is vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Author and update technical documentation for operations
• Work with SMEs to gather and verify information
• Create visual content such as process diagrams
• Ensure all documents meet quality standards
• Organize documentation for easy access
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in technical writing
• Full fluency in both English and French
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio tools
