In this senior role, your technical content expertise will drive clarity for developer-facing materials. You will write and organize documentation for APIs, SDKs, and integration guides while using Markdown and HTML. Collaborate with product teams and evaluate content governance, ensuring our resources meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft clear, organized technical documentation for a developer audience

• Design content architecture across various user types

• Implement tagging strategies and conditional content

• Update documentation using Git Lab and Git for authorship

• Conduct evaluations to improve the documentation experience

Requirements:

• 7+ years of technical writing experience

• Familiarity with documenting RESTful and GraphQL APIs

• Proficient in Markdown, HTML, XML, and CSS

• Experience with docs-as-code environments

• Strong understanding of structured authoring principles
