In this role, you will support Apple devices within Air Canada, ensuring compliance with security protocols and efficient operations. With 3 to 5 years of experience in IT operations, you will utilize MDM tools like Jamf or Intune while collaborating closely with IT and user teams to enhance device performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and manage Apple devices using MDM platforms
• Implement and monitor security measures and protocols
• Coordinate app distribution and updates across devices
• Provide Level 2 support for device issues
• Document processes, configurations, and reports for management
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of IT operations experience
• Strong understanding of the Apple ecosystem
• Proficiency in Mobile Device Management systems
• Experience with zero-touch deployment
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
