Elevate your cybersecurity career as an Incident Responder I with Schools First FCU. This full-time role involves monitoring, responding to incidents, and optimizing IT services.

In this entry-level position, you will actively participate in the IT Incident Management program, primarily supporting the detection and resolution of service disruptions. Your responsibilities will encompass monitoring security operations, performing incident triage, and leveraging tools like Splunk and Service Now for incident management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security and network operations continuously

• Participate in on-call rotation for production systems

• Perform initial incident triage and documentation

• Investigate alerts using standard tools and queries

• Maintain accurate records and dashboards for stakeholders

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

• 1-3 years of relevant experience required

• CompTIA Security+ certification needed

• ITIL Foundation certification required
