Experience and skills
5+ years Project Management experience managing large, complex application development projects and associated challenges.Demonstrated experience with creation of project schedules, project plans, issue + risk logs, status reports and associated artefacts.Demonstrated Understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle Demonstrated experience with Agile development conceptsDemonstrated ability to manage project resources (team members) by aligning skills to tasks, evaluating progress against schedule, and adjusting efforts as required.Demonstrated knowledge and ability to apply project management methodologies, tools, and techniquesDemonstrated experience identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, mitigating, and communicating project risks throughout project lifecycleDemonstrated experience with Architecture Gating Process
Demonstrated experience taking projects through corporate gating processDeveloping artifacts for Architecture Gating Processes- AGP0, AGP1 and AGP2, PIA, TRA etc.Demonstrated experience with leading team to develop business and/or functional requirementsPrior experience Implementing EMR solutioning.
Prior experience implementing EMR solutionGathering requirementsRollout strategyGovernment IT experience preferred and Health Care experience a plus
