Nors Canada is seeking a Technical Training Manager to lead the training initiatives across major locations. You will focus on enhancing technical capability, ensuring that technicians and parts teams receive the necessary training and support. Key responsibilities include developing tailored training programs, coordinating OEM training, and facilitating technical workshops to build long-term capability within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop instructor-led technical training programs
• Coordinate OEM training opportunities
• Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Support technical escalations and critical issue management
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update content
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
• Proficiency in digital systems and tools
• Bilingual in French is an asset
