    69,200 - 84,600

    Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

    Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

    About the role

    We are looking for a Paid Social Analyst to plan, execute and optimize paid social campaigns across major platforms, with additional platforms to be added as needed, driving profitable growth and improving ROAS through smart optimization and creative testing. This role blends hands-on campaign execution with data-driven analysis to deliver measurable business outcomes and support full-funnel marketing strategies. We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves turning performance data into clear actions.

    What you'll do here: 

  • Plan, build, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Linked In, Tik Tok, Snapchat and Pinterest
  • Build and refine audience strategies using first-party data, retargeting, and privacy-safe approaches
  • Own campaign execution end-to-end, including setup, pacing, budget management, and performance optimization
  • Partner with creative, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver integrated, full-funnel campaigns
  • Run structured A/B and multivariate tests across audiences, creative, and bidding strategies to continuously improve results
  • Analyze performance beyond platform data, using tools like Adobe Analytics and Power BI dashboards to generate actionable insights that influence future strategies
  • Translate campaign performance into clear, business-focused recommendations for stakeholders
  • What you bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of experience in Paid Social marketing
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta and Reddit Ads Manager
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with Looker Studio and Adobe Analytics is a plus
  • Experience collaborating with creative and cross-functional teams. Good to have – understanding of other digital channels – Search, Programmatic etc.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.). Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) is an asset
  • Understanding of attribution models, tracking (pixels, TMs), and measurement frameworks
  • Strong ability to connect business objectives with media performance, translating insights from data into actionable optimizations that drive tangible business results
  • Business- and outcome-oriented, able to connect campaign performance to broader growth and efficiency goals
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-brand, multi-product campaigns with significant budgets
  • Detail-oriented with strong operational discipline in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
  • Accountable and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over performance and results
  • A clear communicator who can simplify complex data into compelling insights and recommendations
  • A structured thinker who approaches problems with a hypothesis-driven, test-and-learn mindset
  • Driven self-starter who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with multiple departments and disciplines in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable and curious, staying ahead of platform changes, privacy updates, and industry trends
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
