We're looking for a Business Intelligence & Insights Analyst to join our DAI team, a unique role where you'll leverage cutting-edge technologies to deliver strategic tools and solutions that drive Affinity business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Support the design and maintenance of intuitive dashboards and tools that provide a clear view of the Affinity market and help inform business decisions.

Contribute to self-serve applications and reporting solution
s that help partners better understand member needs, satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

Build exploratory analysis to identify trends, assess business questions, and support recommendations.

Work with cross-functional teams across marketing, analytics, and partner strategy to support practical business solutions.

Help colleagues and partners understand analytical results and the value of data in supporting business decisions.

Support data integrity and accuracy by applying validation methods, documenting work clearly, and flagging data quality issues.

Build and share knowledge of business intelligence, data storytelling, and analytical best practices.

Learn from experienced team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing ideas.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field

This job posting is intended for candidates with 0-5 years of experience.

Bilingual in English and French (required)

Knowledge of SQL and Python

Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Shiny/Posit) is an asset

Strong analytical curiosity and attention to detail, especially for quality control and data validation

Good communication skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills

Comfortable learning, asking questions, and working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
