Program Director – Data & Analytics; French

We are seeking an experienced Program Director Data & Analytics to provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of Data & Analytics initiatives. This role is responsible for aligning multiple project workstreams, driving business value, overseeing program governance, and serving as the primary advisor to executive leadership. • Lead and align multiple Data & Analytics projects under a unified strategic roadmap.

• Oversee program governance, including budgets, risks, dependencies, and business benefits.

• Mentor Project Managers and Workstream Leads, ensuring consistent delivery methodologies and governance.

• Serve as the primary liaison to executive leadership, steering committees, and governance boards.

• Drive organizational change and stakeholder engagement across Business, IT, Data, Risk, Compliance, Security, and Operations.

• Champion data governance, MDM, and enterprise information management initiatives.

• Resolve strategic issues, manage competing priorities, and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Strengthen PMO practices, governance frameworks, and program management maturity.

• 15+ years of Project/Program Management experience, including leadership at the Program or Portfolio Director level.

• Strong experience managing enterprise-scale Data & Analytics transformation programs.

• Expertise in:

  • Portfolio & Program Management

  • Data Governance & Master Data Management (MDM)

  • Unified Customer View architecture

  • Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies

  • PMO governance and benefits realization

  • Budget, forecasting, risk, and dependency management

• Experience with
  Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI
  , or similar tools.

• Knowledge of enterprise risk management, data privacy, and information security.

• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Experience in highly regulated, matrixed environments (financial services preferred).

• Fluent business French is mandatory.

• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field;
  MBA or Master's degree is an asset.
