Position: Senior Technology Architect to design and integrate Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform solutions with SAP and support
Location: Montreal

Our valued public sector client is seeking the support of a Senior Technology Architect to design and integrate Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform solutions with SAP and support legacy system migration for Grants and Contributions modernization
.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage technology roadmaps for current and future GCIMS requirements
    .
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies in support of infrastructure development efforts and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and infrastructure flexibility.
  • Evaluate specifications for system requirements and determine and implement the most efficient and cost-effective software solutions.
  • Assist in the development of proof-of-concept prototypes to evaluate evolving products and technologies.
  • Manage designs for capabilities and features concurrently throughout the project life cycle.
  • Develop technology architectures for the integration of the GCIMS with the Financial Management System (SAP).
  • Develop processes for the migration of legacy data and functionality to GCIMS.
  • Produce or provide artefacts required for security assessments.
  • Design complex security models containing multiple levels of access tiers with user access restrictions at different levels.
  • Provide advice and guidance on functional design recommendations, coding standards and emerging technologies.
  • Provide support to applications for existing technology platforms.

    • Must have:

  • Technology Architect - 10+ years
  • Microsoft Dynamics - 5+ years
  • Grants and Contributions Programs - 2+ years
