As a critical member of the Top Aces team, this full-time BI & AI Analyst position supports key business areas by converting complex data into useful Power BI dashboards and reports. Engage directly with business teams to define KPIs and deliver data-driven insights, improving operational performance and supporting decision-making processes across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop user-friendly Power BI dashboards for trusted reporting

• Analyze data to uncover insights across business areas

• Work with SMEs to validate reporting requirements

• Document metric definitions and governance processes

• Drive adoption through training and support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or related field

• 3–7 years of experience in business intelligence or reporting

• Strong Power BI skills, including data visualization

• Knowledge of SQL and structured datasets

• Ability to communicate insights effectively
