Lead DevOps and Security at Intouch Insight

Location: Montreal

Intouch Insight is seeking a Lead for IT, Dev Ops, and Security to drive our SOC 2 program. This hands-on role will enhance compliance through automated systems while leading a dedicated team.

As a key technical leader, you will oversee the expansion of our SOC 2 Type 2 program, focusing on the Trust Services Criteria. Your expertise in security engineering and Dev Ops will ensure robust infrastructure and compliance practices. Collaborating deeply with your team, you'll set the roadmap and foster growth across IT and Dev Ops while working closely on implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand SOC 2 program and add confidentiality criteria

• Design and operationalize automated security controls

• Lead vulnerability management and incident response

• Manage IT and Dev Ops staff, fostering team development

• Oversee product and corporate Dev Ops environments

Requirements:

• SOC 2 Type 2 experience

• Proven leadership in IT and security teams

• Hands-on IT/security engineering background

• Proficiency with Terraform for cloud management

• Strong communication skills for technical strategy
