Cybersecurity GRC Analyst at CN

Location: Montréal-Est

Join CN as a Cybersecurity GRC Analyst focused on governance, risk, and compliance. Shape the security landscape by implementing policies and frameworks that drive business objectives.

This role supports CN’s cybersecurity governance by translating security and compliance requirements into actionable processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders to enhance the cybersecurity posture through initiative engagement and maintain CN's Information Security Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the Cybersecurity GRC framework

• Communicate proactive security recommendations to stakeholders

• Support documentation for control testing and maintenance

• Collaborate to ensure compliance metrics are integrated

• Track cybersecurity issues using the Service Now IRM module

Requirements:

• 3+ years in cybersecurity or related fields

• Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline or equivalent

• Knowledge of cybersecurity risk management practices

• Experience with GRC tools and methodologies

• Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
