As a hands-on analytics leader, you will define product analytics standards across Bombardier's digital platforms, ensuring every feature is measurable.

Your role will cultivate an environment of strategic insight by analyzing user behavior, embedding analytics within product teams, and influencing decisions with data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact insights that shape product roadmaps and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and enforce product analytics standards across all digital products

• Partner with Product, designers, and engineers for measurable user flows

• Analyze user behavior to identify drop-offs and improve experience

• Utilize Big Query for advanced data analysis and modeling

• Build self-serve dashboards for product teams

Requirements:

• 7+ years in digital product analytics or embedded analytics

• Deep expertise in GA4, GTM, and Big Query

• Strong understanding of web and mobile user journeys

• Proven ability to influence product decisions through data

• Familiarity with agile product teams
