CRO Analyst for GARAGE and DYNAMITE

Location: Montreal

Drive A/B testing and personalization at Groupe Dynamite, supporting GARAGE and DYNAMITE’s digital experience. Own the experimentation roadmap and influence key revenue outcomes through data-driven insights.

Reporting to the Manager of E-comm Analytics, you will leverage your expertise in A/B testing to enhance the web and app experience for both brands.

Your role encompasses developing hypotheses, executing tests in Site Spect and Optimizely, and fostering collaboration across product and development teams. Use your statistical skills to analyze results, ensuring you deliver measurable impacts on conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the experimentation roadmap and prioritize tests

• Develop data-driven hypotheses for A/B tests

• Set up and launch experiments in optimization tools

• Analyze results with statistical rigor and present findings

• Champion personalization opportunities and CRO best practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

• 3-4 years A/B testing experience in E-commerce

• Strong statistical skills and understanding of testing principles

• Hands-on experience with Optimizely and Jira

• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional teams
