Shape the future of real estate analytics with Luxury Presence as a Senior Analytics Engineer. This role is crucial for transforming complex data into actionable insights across multiple teams.
At Luxury Presence, you will build and scale the foundational analytics layer essential for Decision-making in Go-to-Market, Product, Finance, People, and Operations. You will transform raw data into well-modeled, trustworthy datasets that drive executive dashboards and AI-powered outreach, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your expertise will ensure our analytics stack is robust, reliable, and aligned with evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and develop the dbt project for optimal performance
• Design and maintain the Snowflake data warehouse
• Create core entities and datasets using best modeling practices
• Build custom Python/Airflow pipelines for data ingestion
• Implement observability and testing for analytics pipelines
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in analytics or data engineering
• Proficiency in SQL, dbt, and data modeling practices
• Experience with API integrations and pipeline automation
• Proven skills in Salesforce data modeling
• Familiarity with cross-system reconciliation models
