We are currently seeking a Field Tech Senior Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec (CA-QC), Canada (CA). The position is for 12 months ONSITE and pay rate is $39/hour T4.

Job Description:
Individuals here have a well-rounded knowledge of the policies and procedures for their work area. French speaking and written
Performs basic troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment and repair on Desktops / Notebooks/ iPhones/ iMacs / Macbooks /iPads
printers.
Configure, deploy, and support new Apple devices
Assist users with:
Apple authentication issues
iCloud-related functionality (where applicable)
iOS, iPadOS, and macOS troubleshooting
Device backups and restores
Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, and network connectivity
Enroll and manage devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or Workspace ONE.
Perform device health checks, software updates, and hardware diagnostics.
Coordinate hardware repairs, warranty claims, and device replacements with authorized vendors.
Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
Escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2/3 support teams when necessary.
Maintain Tech Bar inventory, including devices, accessories, loaners, and peripherals.
Educate users on Apple device features, security best practices, and corporate policies.
Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through professional, timely, and friendly service.
May respond to calls after normal business hours per leader instructions.
Performs troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, basic deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks/ printers.
Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective action.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining the day to day operation of Apple device support for the business.
Respond to service requests for Apple devices, and related software and hardware issues using ITSM platform.
Provide troubleshooting support and servicing for Apple laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
Document issue resolution steps and follow up as required by DBA and the senior IT department.
Assist users with Apple , iCloud, Wi‑Fi & network issues, device backups, restores, and MDM device management.
Perform device health checks, software updates, and hardware diagnostics with routine maintenance.
Escalate technical issues to Tier 2/3 support when needed.
Coordinate repairs, warranty claims, and vendor replacements.
Communicate with end users in a professional manner during all interactions.
Participate in training and knowledge sharing on Apple device best practices.
Ensure adherence to company policies and security guidelines for Apple device use.
Required Experience:
Typically requires 2+ years relevant experience in providing technical support for Apple/MAC devices
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred.
Solid client service skills.
A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
Must have a valid Canadian Drivers License

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for Canada-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $30-$39/hour. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
