Become a pivotal force in shaping product strategies at Felix as a Senior Data Analyst, working remotely from anywhere across Canada. Your insights will drive decisions and growth opportunities.
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams, developing solid data models and measurement frameworks. You will analyze customer behavior and product performance, driving strategies for retention and conversion. Your expertise will ensure clear translations of data findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end ownership of analytics infrastructure and models
• Define and track critical KPIs related to category health
• Collaborate with teams to assess feature adoption through data insights
• Design frameworks for assessing product launches and experiments
• Automate workflows for effective data processes
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience in data roles
• Proficiency in SQL, dbt, and analytic workflows
• Familiarity with cohort and funnel analysis
• Experience with project management principles
• Strong communication skills with a focus on results
