• Drive automation and continuous improvement in service delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science
• Over 10 years in IT support leadership roles
• 5+ years managing service delivery providers
• Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL
• Evidence of successful Service Desk improvements
