Techso is looking for a Cloud Administrator – Microsoft Azure to support clients in designing, deploying, securing, and optimizing their cloud environments.

In this role, you will collaborate with business and technical teams to understand client needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and implement secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud architectures.

What You’ll Do

Depending on the projects assigned to you, you will:

• Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to understand client needs;
• Recommend cloud solutions aligned with business and technology objectives;
• Design scalable and secure cloud architectures that comply with organizational standards;
• Select appropriate cloud services and manage application deployments;
• Contribute to the development and implementation of cloud governance practices;
• Produce high-value solution architecture documentation and deliverables;
• Provide technical expertise to support strategic IT decisions;
• Analyze and optimize the performance of cloud infrastructure and services;
• Design, implement, and maintain system monitoring solutions;
• Automate cloud platform deployment, configuration, and administration;
• Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting tools;
• Help secure cloud environments through Dev Sec Ops  practices;
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams throughout the solution lifecycle.

The Profile We’re Looking For

You have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
• A minimum of five years of experience in a similar role;
• Strong expertise in large-scale virtualization and cloud environments;
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS;
• Good knowledge of Linux, Windows, and macOS environments;
• Experience with automation and configuration management tools, including Ansible;
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools and processes;
• A good understanding of Dev Sec Ops , certificate management, and cloud security practices;
• Experience implementing monitoring, alerting, and performance management solutions;
• The ability to analyze business needs and recommend appropriate cloud architectures;
• Natural leadership skills and the ability to bring multidisciplinary teams together;
• A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach;
• Strong adaptability and prioritization skills;
• The flexibility to meet with clients throughout the Montreal area;
• The ability to communicate professionally in both French and English, as you will collaborate with colleagues and clients located across Quebec, Canada, and internationally.

Nice to Have

• A Microsoft Azure certification;
• Experience with penetration testing or cloud security assessments;
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform;
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI/CD, or Jenkins;
• Knowledge of observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana, or Prometheus;
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies;
• Experience in solution architecture or cloud governance;
• Consulting experience or experience working across multiple client environments.
