SFM is seeking a Solutions Engineer specializing in geospatial applications for DJI Enterprise. Take on a pivotal role in technical support and product solutions while benefiting from a flexible work setup.
This customer-facing position requires engagement with partners and clients across Canada to deliver technical expertise in UAV operations, focusing on mapping, surveying, and inspections. You'll conduct demonstrations, provide training, and foster effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the technical liaison for sales teams and clients
• Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues
• Stay updated on drone solutions and industry advancements
• Deliver technical workshops and product demonstrations
• Create and maintain various educational resources
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in a technical role, ideally within UAV sector
• Experience with aerial data acquisition and mapping workflows
• DJI relevant certifications required
• Valid Transport Canada Pilot Certificate
• Proficiency in English and French communication
