NTT DATA is seeking a Field Tech Senior Associate to provide critical technical support for Apple/MAC devices. Fluency in French is required for effective communication with clients. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience and possess strong client service skills in handling device and network troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair desktops, notebooks, printers, and Apple devices

• Configure and support new Apple devices including iPhones and iPads

• Assist users with Apple , iCloud, and network connectivity issues

• Document incidents and escalations in the ITSM platform

• Maintain a Tech Bar inventory and coordinate hardware repairs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of technical support for Apple/MAC devices

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Strong client service orientation and solid communication skills

• Valid Canadian Driver's License and reliable transportation

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
