Position: SAP SF Employee Central Functional Analyst
Location: Montreal

Our client is looking for an SAP SF Employee Central Functional Analyst (Interm or Senior) for a perm position.

Start date:

ASAP

Location :
Montreal (preference) or Ottawa

Work model:
Hybrid 3 days on site (Not negotiable)

Profile / Skills

The priority is that the Success Factors resource has EC experience (very big asset)

Ideally, someone who has experience with reports/dashboards in SF

Good communication skills, a positive personality, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams

Willingness to work in gray areas, but with the ability to make quick decisions through brainstorming, etc.

Assets

Experience supporting SAP Success Factors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Merit.

Exposure to or interest in additional SAP solutions such as Contract Lifecycle Management, Asset Management, Ariba, or Success Factors Learning Management System.

Experience working in a cross-functional environment with evolving business and technology needs.

Must have work authorization in the country where this job is located.
