Position: Technical Support Analyst Level 2 Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve escalated technical incidents promptly

• Provide support for Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft tools

• Coordinate responses with various teams, including vendors

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of all support interactions

• Propose improvements to recurring issues in service management

Requirements:

• DEC, AEC, or university qualification in computer science

• 3–5 years' experience in technical support or system administration

• Experience in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with ITSM

• Knowledgeable in IT security and networking principles

• Bilingual in English and French for user support
