Join a dynamic team as an Expert in Service Now Incident Management, leveraging your bilingual skills to excel in a vital senior role. Focus on improving ITSM processes and service operations.

As part of the Infrastructure and Operations team, you will provide senior-level expertise in managing and optimizing Incident Management processes using Service Now. Your seven-plus years of experience will be essential in troubleshooting major incidents, enhancing data integrity, and leading operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate full lifecycle incidents management and escalation

• Administer and enhance Service Now tools and workflows

• Conduct detailed root-cause analyses for complex issues

• Act as the Major Incident Commander during crises

• Ensure all incident documentation is accurate and timely

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years in IT Service Management roles

• Hands-on experience with Service Now ITSM solutions

• Strong analytical and facilitation skills under pressure

• Excellent bilingual communication in English and French

• Relevant IT degree or equivalent experience
