Engagement Director for SAP Projects

Join Syntax as an SAP Engagement Director and manage complex projects remotely. Lead client engagements, shape RFP responses, and ensure project success.
In this role, you will oversee project initiatives for targeted clients, partnering with key stakeholders including the Vice President of Delivery. Your strong project management skills combined with over 10 years of SAP experience will facilitate effective resource planning and client satisfaction. You'll be responsible for steering project scopes and leading team efforts in maintaining high delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support sales teams in qualifying new SAP project opportunities
• Estimate project delivery timelines and resource allocations
• Coordinate Syntax resources for project demands
• Lead RFP preparations and ensure compliance with deadlines
• Maintain and enhance client relationships throughout the project
Requirements:
• 10+ years of SAP project management
• Leading experience in at least three full life cycle SAP projects
• 5+ years of experience in client relationship management
• Practical SAP module experience required
• Strong leadership and communication capability
