AI Enablement and IT Manager

Location: Montreal

Drive AI and IT strategies as a Manager at Vention, based in Montreal, Detroit, or Munich. Direct infrastructure initiatives while leading a talented IT support team.

In this role, you will be fundamental in managing SaaS governance and establishing a comprehensive connectivity framework. Your expertise will ensure high levels of internal support, leveraging automation tools and AI for non-developer engagement. As you lead a skilled team, your influence will help elevate operational efficiency across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Centralize governance for software licensing and renewals

• Ensure compliance with identity management requirements

• Develop world-class connectivity solutions for facilities

• Manage help desk services and IT team priorities

• Design automation processes and AI integration strategies

Requirements:

• 4-8 years in IT or project management experience

• Leadership experience of 1-2 years preferred

• Proficiency in Google Workspace administration

• Strong scripting ability in Power Shell or Python

• Knowledge of networking infrastructures
