You'll play a crucial role in supporting Business Development Client Reporting, analyzing data for Quebec Clients, and identifying trends in benefit utilization. Collaboration with internal teams is essential as you work on customized reports and evaluate existing processes to increase efficiency. Your support will be vital for Account Executives and Advisors in making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data from various sources for reporting

• Integrate insights using Tableau, Excel, and other systems

• Create customized reports based on specific client requests

• Evaluate and improve existing reporting methods

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bilingual, fluent in French and English, written and spoken

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Advanced Excel proficiency for large data sets

• Experience with Tableau and data analytics

• Knowledge of Group Benefits preferred
