Become an Implementation Consultant I at Simpro in our Montreal office. Help clients effectively utilize our field service SaaS solutions while working in a diverse and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation process for SaaS solutions

• Provide software training to new users

• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges

• Collect and analyze client feedback for improvements

• Document all interactions and software usage details

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of SaaS and field service management

• Strong customer service orientation

• Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
