IT Business Analyst

Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :

• Support product owners, business sector stakeholders, and technology teams in their decision-making and delivery of deliverables
• Define and plan business analysis activities, and proactively coordinate and implement them
• Lead workshops with speakers from different levels and areas of expertise
• Model current and future processes based on current mapping practices
• Perform high-level and detailed process impact analyses in collaboration with relevant experts
• Collect, document and manage business requirements, stakeholder needs and solution requirements, while ensuring their traceability and updating throughout their lifecycle
• Develop user test cases and support users during the transfer to production and operational transition
• Contribute to the development of the content of the change management strategy

• Hold a high school diploma (SSD) or equivalent
• Have experience or knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools, as well as artificial intelligence tools (an asset)
• Be resourceful, curious and independent
• Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn continuously

This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. French and English language skills are essential, both oral and written.
