As a key member of the Corporate Actuarial Services team, you will develop, validate, implement, and monitor predictive models in collaboration with actuaries. This role encompasses applying machine learning algorithms, performance metrics development, and advancing model governance practices. Your expertise will significantly impact operational sustainability and analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement predictive models for P&C claims reserving

• Translate reserving objectives into analytical project designs

• Apply statistical techniques and machine learning methods

• Monitor and evaluate model performance and workflows

• Strengthen documentation and model-risk governance

Requirements:

• 6-9 years of experience in Data Science or related field

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; graduate studies asset

• Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, and data-engineering tools

• Experience with production-ready models or analytical solutions

• P&C insurance experience preferred
