Lead HR data analytics at Morgan Stanley as a Director of Business Analysis in Montreal. Drive workforce insights, optimize data products, and enable AI-supported decisions for Human Resources.

In this Director level position within HR Data & Intelligence, you will translate business needs into functional specifications, analyze HR data, and partner with teams across HR and Technology. Your expertise in HRIS/HCM systems, particularly Workday, will be critical as you enhance our data platforms and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications

• Analyze HR data to identify gaps and validate outputs

• Partner with teams to define test scenarios and validate results

• Investigate and resolve data issues through root cause analysis

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports for various needs

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience with HR data or HRIS systems

• Proficiency in functional requirements and data specifications

• Experience with Workday reporting and API integrations

• Strong analytical skills with large datasets

• Ability to collaborate across teams in a delivery-focused environment
