Business Analyst​/Functional

Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you’ll have:

• Analyze document and report production;
• Ensure analysis and follow-up of activities;
• Act as a project manager by maintaining the product backlog and guiding the priorities of the production team;
• Support the development team in achieving its sprint goals by acting as a facilitator;
• Write user stories and define acceptance criteria;
• Act as a liaison between IT teams and different levels of management;
• Present technical solutions for process improvement;
• Participate in the planning, design and execution of tests;
• Estimate and plan the effort required to complete projects.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:

• Hold an undergraduate degree in management, computer science or a related field;
• Have a minimum of five years of relevant experience as an information technology business analyst or functional analyst;
• Master agile delivery methods;
• Perform process mapping in a meaningful way;
• Demonstrate excellent synthesis and writing skills;
• PMI, PBA or IIBA (BABOK) certification (an asset);
• Have a SAFe certification (an asset);
• Apply the SAFe framework in a project context (an asset);
• Experience supporting or deploying Microsoft 365 solutions (an asset);
• Knowledge of SharePoint (an asset);
• Proficiency in SAP, especially the FI/C module (an asset);
• Experience in the transportation industry (an asset);
• Demonstrate passion and intellectual curiosity.
