Tasks and Responsibilities
- Perform inventory and extract lists from the CMDB?
- Communicate with users and schedule required appointments?
- Browse the different sites in order to carry out the computer census and carry out the necessary checks?
- Ensure the delivery and deployment of new computers to the sites?
- Preparing, installing and configuring workstations?
- Deploy software, including installation, configuration and update of applications?
- Perform functional and technical tests to ensure the quality of the work performed and to guarantee user satisfaction?
- Provide technical support to users during the deployment and use of IT solutions.
- Mastering Windows 11 operating systems?
- Using Active Directory and SCCM effectively?
- Collaborate closely with members of the IT team and communicate clearly and professionally with users?
- Be rigorous and meticulous in the execution of tasks?
- Document procedures in a structured and comprehensive manner?
- Respect the standards, processes and best practices in effect at the CCSMTL.
