As a Certified Team Lead or Associate Manager, you will document existing workflows and assist in designing innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Document and enhance business workflows
• Support product requirements and use case definition

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent program
• 3–6 years experience in Healthcare IT
• Active Epic Beacon Certification
• Experience in oncology workflow management
• Familiarity with ITIL processes
