D365 Business Analyst at Delmar

Become a D365 Business Analyst with Delmar, optimizing our Dynamics 365 platform's functionality. Collaborate to translate business needs into actionable system solutions.

Reporting to the Director of Technology Solutions, the successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT, enhancing the D365 application to meet organizational objectives. You'll be instrumental in implementing system solutions that improve data quality and user experience across our offices globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage communications between IT teams and business stakeholders

• Document business requirements for effective system solutions

• Evaluate business processes to drive automation and efficiency

• Support the configuration and improvement of D365

• Deliver user training and document reports and guides

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant Business Analyst experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 essential

• Familiarity with Power Platform advantageous

• Experience with system integrations or upgrades

• Background in freight or customs is strongly preferred
