This contract role requires candidates with a minimum of four years in IT support services within large organizations. Your responsibilities will involve preparing laptops, migrating user data, and maintaining asset records in Service Now. Key technical skills include device compliance and proficiency with Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy Windows 11 laptops adhering to MMD standards
• Execute user data migration using approved procedures
• Update asset records accurately in Service Now
• Provide user onboarding and technical troubleshooting support
• Validate compliance before and after all deployment actions
Requirements:
• Four years' experience in enterprise IT support
• Three years in laptop refresh and deployment projects
• Demonstrated experience with Windows 10/11 support
• Compulsory knowledge of Service Now for asset management
• Familiarity with patch management and endpoint protection
