Enterprise Windows Desktop Engineer

• Contribute to ongoing initiatives and own engineering and operational tasks from beginning to end.
• Ensure solutions meet security, supportability, and performance requirements.
• Maintain high availability, performance, and user experience.
• Provide level-3 support to investigate and identify root causes for escalated issues.
• Create, review, and maintain documentation and demonstrations of technologies, tools, and methodologies.
• Disseminate knowledge among peers and partnering support teams.

• Deep technical understanding of Windows operating systems up to Windows 10/11/Server 2019.
• Experience with Windows 11 Intune Modern Management.
• Expertise with OSD orchestration and software delivery concepts.
• Advanced scripting skills with Power Shell.
• Experience with enterprise workloads migration to the cloud, such as network drives content to Microsoft One Drive for Business.
• Knowledge of Windows Infrastructure technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/NRPT, PKI/CA, RADIUS, NPS, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset (e.g., parsing event logs, Sys Internals tools, analyzing memory dumps).
• Experience automating workflows and providing self-service capability.
• Client/server hardware knowledge and management in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to author technical and operational management documentation.

• Experience with Windows Modern Management (Intune, Autopilot, Windows
  365, etc.).
• Desktop/laptop hardware knowledge, performance optimization, and management in an enterprise environment.
• Understanding of Agile principles and application.
• Experience with infrastructure systems such as Jira and Service Now.
