Our client is seeking a Senior Maximo Systems Developer-Integrator (10+ years) to lead the implementation of MAS-Manage using IBM Maximo Application Suite, Red Hat Open Shift, and Oracle integrations

Join a large-scale enterprise asset management modernization initiative supporting water distribution, wastewater collection, storm water management, structures, and revenue operations. This role leads the production implementation of MAS-Manage across Staging, QA, and Production environments, including installation, configuration, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and go-live support. The environment includes Red Hat Open Shift, Oracle, LDAP/IDP integration, SAP, ESRI GIS, OSB, and Prometheus/Data Splice integrations.

The engagement supports a validated on-premises architecture with responsibility for operational readiness and knowledge transfer.

10+ years administering and supporting Maximo and MAS-Manage

5+ years installing, configuring, or upgrading IBM Maximo 7.6.x, including Web Sphere or Liberty
, integrations, and customizations

3+ years implementing or supporting Maximo Application Suite (MAS), including MAS Manage
, Suite Administration
, and registry configuration

3+ years deploying and managing applications on Red Hat Open Shift
, including operators
, routes
, namespaces
, secrets

Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field

Nice to Have

Open Shift or Kubernetes certifications

IBM MAS or Maximo certifications

ITIL Foundation certification

Experience with scripting and automation using Bash, Ansible, Python, or equivalent

Responsibilities

Install and configure MAS 9 and MAS-Manage on the City’s Red Hat Open Shift cluster

Configure platform services, certificates, secrets, namespaces, operators, and TLS components

Implement LDAP/IDP integration and configure RBAC roles

Coordinate Oracle schema configuration, connectivity, and performance validation with DBA Services

Validate integrations between MAS-Manage and SAP, ESRI GIS, OSB, H2

Ottawa, and Prometheus/Data Splice

Prepare and execute technical test plans across Staging, QA, and Production environments

Produce installation documentation, operational procedures, environment maps, and knowledge transfer materials
