In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing Level 2 escalations for digital signage technology. Your experience with hardware troubleshooting and digital signage software will be key as you investigate issues and drive their resolution. Additionally, you will prepare Scopes of Work and refine our documentation processes to provide clear support guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead resolution for Level 2 technical escalations
• Prepare Scopes of Work for technician dispatch
• Investigate software and hardware challenges effectively
• Update and maintain documentation to support team
• Conduct firmware updates on digital signage systems
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in a technical support role
• Hands-on experience with digital signage hardware
• Fluency in French and English
• Strong self-organization and management skills
• Ability to adapt and handle high-pressure situations
