As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible to maintain and service a profitable book of business based upon the company’s objectives and individual business plans.

Your day as a client service representative- Address client inquiries related to assigned insurance programs, providing timely and accurate information.
- Respond promptly to telephone calls and written inquiries from clients and underwriters, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Request, track, and follow up with insurers and clients for missing information, endorsements, or policy documentation.
- Review policy wordings and associated documentation for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors as needed.
- Create abeyances and follow up on outstanding items from underwriters and clients to ensure timely resolution.
- Track and follow up on outstanding client receivables to ensure that accounts are up to date.
- Prepare and manage the monthly Bordereau for assigned programs, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Support EPIC invoicing processes for assigned programs.
- Assist with various special projects and perform other duties as required by management.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience is required
- AMF license required
- Willing to get RIBO licensed
- Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and in English
- Comprehensive knowledge of Professional Lines insurance and policy wordings
- Demonstrated excellence in both verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with EPIC is a strong asset
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Exceptional attention to detail
